Responsibilities

The Insulation Apprentice is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to start a career in installing and maintaining insulation systems in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities include:

  1. – Assist in the installation of various types of insulation, including fiberglass, spray foam, and cellulose, as well as air sealing.
  2. – Learn to improve energy efficiency and reduce heating and cooling costs by addressing thermal performance issues in buildings.
  3. – Gain hands-on experience with tools and equipment while learning about building codes, energy efficiency standards, and safety protocols.
