Responsibilities

The Fabricator in Advanced Manufacturing is an entry-level role designed for individuals interested in shaping, assembling, and constructing metal parts and components according to precise specifications.

Responsibilities include:

  1. – Reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure parts meet required standards.
  2. – Using tools and machinery such as cutting machines, welders, and grinders to fabricate parts from raw materials.
  3. – Conducting quality checks and inspections throughout the fabrication process to maintain precision and safety.
  4. – Making necessary adjustments to the fabrication process and ensuring high-quality and accurate results while working in a fast-paced environment.

  1. Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  2. Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools like saws, grinders, and welders.
  3. Attention to Detail: Precision in fabricating parts to meet exact specifications.

  5. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and work in varied conditions.
