Responsibilities

The EV Field Service Technician is a mid-level role designed for individuals looking to start a career in electric vehicle (EV) charging station maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities include:

  1. – Assist in diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues with EV charging stations in residential, commercial, and public locations.
  2. – Perform regular inspections and updates to firmware or software on charging equipment.
  3. – Communicate with clients to provide exceptional service and document repairs.
  4. – Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all service tasks.
  5. – Work independently in diverse environments to support the transition to electric mobility and clean energy solutions.
