Responsibilities

The Building Automation Systems (BAS) Trainee is an entry-level role focused on learning and assisting in the installation, maintenance, and management of automation systems in buildings.

Responsibilities include:

  1. – Assist in the installation and maintenance of systems controlling HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management.
  2. – Learn to troubleshoot and integrate technologies that optimize energy efficiency and sustainability.
  3. – Gain hands-on experience with advanced building systems and smart building solutions.
  4. – Work under the guidance of experienced professionals to develop skills in system programming and troubleshooting.
  5. – Support the implementation of solutions that reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.

  1. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of electrical systems and building automation technologies.
  2. Learning Agility: Ability to quickly absorb new concepts and skills in BAS.
  3. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in BAS.
