Responsibilities

The Field Service IT Technician is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to start a career in providing on-site technical support for IT systems in the advanced manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities include:

  1. – Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing IT systems, including servers, networking equipment, and workstations.
  2. – Assisting with software installation, updates, and user training.
  3. – Working with operations teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximize productivity.
  4. – Providing customer service and technical support at various manufacturing locations.
