Responsibilities

The Lineworker Apprentice supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power distribution systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Responsibilities include:

  1. – Assisting with the installation of power lines, transformers, and other electrical infrastructure.
  2. – Climbing poles, operating specialized equipment, and working with high-voltage electrical systems safely.
  3. – Maintaining tools, preparing job sites, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  4. – Learning to contribute to energy-efficient electrical systems and renewable energy integration through hands-on training.
  5. – Adhering to strict safety guidelines while working in physically demanding environments.

  1. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous tasks, including climbing and lifting.
  2. Electrical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
