Responsibilities

The CAD Technician is a mid-level role designed for individuals looking to start a career in sustainable construction design.

Responsibilities include:

  1. – Creating detailed technical drawings and 2D/3D models for energy-efficient buildings, renewable energy systems, and sustainable infrastructure.
  2. – Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure designs comply with environmental standards and regulations.
  3. – Revising blueprints based on feedback, maintaining project documentation, and applying sustainable design principles to reduce environmental impact.

Skills

  1. Proficiency in CAD Software: Strong experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools for drafting sustainable building plans.
  2. Knowledge of Sustainable Design: Understanding of green building principles, LEED standards, and energy-efficient construction methods.
